IS DELIVERY FREE?
Yes!! We offer free delivery Australia wide for a limited time only.
HOW LONG UNTIL I GET MY PAWSOME PET PRODUCTS?
We process all orders within 24 hours of purchase, ensuring you get your products as soon as possible. You will receive your pet products usually within 5-10 business days of placing your order.
SHIPPING T’s & C’s
- All shipping times are estimates. Once dispatched we do not hold any responsibility for the shipping time. If delays occur, then contact the courier company directly. Due to COVID-19, longer delivery times may occur due to delays with Australia Post.
- Pawsome Pet Co cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the courier company (this includes any express postage). Discounts or refunds will not be offered due to shipping delays.
- It is the purchaser’s responsibility to enter the correct postal address. If you fail to do so and the parcel is dispatched, a refund will not be offered and the full amount will be charged.
- Lost parcels - Please contact us via our ‘Contact Us’ page as soon as you are aware your parcel has been lost, as well as contacting the courier company. Most parcels will not be lost and will turn up. Once it has been confirmed that your parcel has been lost by the courier company, a replacement item will be dispatched at no extra cost.
- In the unlikely event of the item arriving damaged, please take a photo of all packaging as well as the shipping label and contact us through out ‘Contact Us’ form.
